Nothing compliments a fabulous meal like a glass of crisp and delicious wine. For me, it’s a glass of the Jackson-Triggs Chardonnay paired with a grilled salmon that makes my day. It’s an extra long weekend of 15+ tastings, delicious seminars, and fun events from Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19, 2009. This is a great opportunity to try an assortment of local cuisines and wines from B.C, as well as tour farms and vineyards throughout Victoria.

Whitecap author John Schreiner will be speaking at a couple of events and also signing the revised and updated version of his book The Wineries of B.C.
