Help Support the Royal Columbian Hospital and meet Bal Arneson
Bal Arneson was so touched by the amazing support given to her and her son, Aaron, during their visits to the Royal Columbian Hospital that when she published her first cookbook, Everyday Indian, she decided to donate a portion of the proceeds she made directly to the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation. These proceeds will go to help provide essential hospital equipment.
Tomorrow, Thursday, April 2, Bal will officially launch her first book at the Royal Columbian Hospital at 11:30 a.m. If you are in the area, make sure you stop by, show your support and grab a tasty little bite from the book.
If you aren't able to make it, make sure you stay tuned to this blog for photos from the event.
