Bruce Obee

Bruce Obee is a fourth-generation Vancouver Islander. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and uncle, he began his writing career in1972 as a reporter for Victoria Times. After working in the news business for five years, Obee left a position as senior correspondent for the Canadian Press bureau in Victoria. He then began a full-time freelance career that he continues today, writing outdoor and environmental magazine articles, books, and television scripts.

Bruce’s experiences and achievements throughout his career are worth envying.
